Society of Interventional Radiology: Annual Scientific Meeting

Dr. William Harrison Bell of Coastal Vein & Vascular will be in New Orleans to attend the Society of Interventional Radiology’s annual scientific meeting from April 13 – 18 of 2013.

The Society of Interventional Radiology is the organization devoted to advancing the study and practice of Interventional Radiology, a surgical sub-specialty of Radiology practiced by Radiologists as well as Vascular and Endovascular surgeons.  IR includes non-invasive procedures are used to treat Peripheral Arterial Disease and complications from Dialysis.

Meeting attendees will receive the latest information in basic and clinical research; experience techniques and technologies utilized by Interventional Radiologists around the world; see the latest equipment used in IR; and discuss social, political and economic issues important to the IR community.
